Who we are

Roof Repair Prime (roofrepairprime.com) is a referral service. We publish roof repair guides for Elizabeth, New Jersey and run a phone line that connects homeowners with independent local roofing contractors. We are not a roofing contractor ourselves. You can reach us at info@roofrepairprime.com.

What information do we collect?

This site has no contact forms, no accounts and no comment sections, so we do not ask you to type in personal details. We collect information in two ways:

• When you call our number: our call-tracking provider records details of the call, such as your phone number (caller ID), the date, time and length of the call, and the general area the call comes from. Calls may be recorded for quality, training and billing purposes.
• When you browse the site: like most websites, our hosting, security and analytics tools receive standard technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device type, the pages you visit and the page that referred you. Some of this is collected with cookies or similar technologies.

How do we use it?

• To connect your call to an independent roofing contractor who serves your area.
• To confirm which calls were connected, how long they lasted and whether they met the terms of our agreements with call-routing partners and contractors.
• To keep the site secure, fix problems and understand which pages are useful.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it to send you marketing.

Who do we share it with?

• Roofing contractors: when you call, you are connected to an independent contractor, who will receive your phone number and whatever you tell them on the call. Once you are talking to a contractor, their own privacy practices apply.
• Call-routing and call-tracking partners: the companies that route calls and measure call results receive call details and recordings.
• Service providers: our hosting, security, analytics and email providers process data on our behalf.
• When required by law: we may disclose information to comply with a legal obligation or to protect our rights or the safety of others.

Cookies

Cookies are small files your browser stores. We use them for basic site functions, security and anonymous visitor statistics. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work.

How long do we keep it?

We keep call records and site logs only as long as needed for the purposes above, including billing reconciliation and legal requirements, and then delete them or our providers delete them under their retention schedules.

Your choices and rights

You can email info@roofrepairprime.com to ask what information we hold about you, or to ask us to correct or delete it. Depending on where you live, New Jersey or other privacy laws may give you additional rights, and we will respond to requests as those laws require. We will not treat you differently for making a request.

Children

This site is meant for adult homeowners and property owners. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Our guides link to government agencies and other outside sites. We are not responsible for their privacy practices.

We will update this page if our practices change and show the new date at the bottom of the page.
