What Roof Repair Prime is
Roof Repair Prime is a free referral service for homeowners. When you call our number, we connect you with an independent roofing contractor who serves your area. We do not perform roofing work, we do not employ the contractors, and we are not a party to any agreement you make with a contractor.
Independent contractors
Every contractor you are connected with is an independent business. They set their own prices, schedules, terms and warranties, and they are solely responsible for their work. We do not warrant or guarantee any work performed, and we do not guarantee that a contractor will be available for your job.
Check before you hire
It is your responsibility to verify that any contractor you hire holds a current New Jersey Home Improvement Contractor registration, carries the insurance required for the work, and gives you a written contract as New Jersey law requires. Our guide Roof Repair FAQ lists the questions to ask.
Our guides are general information
The articles on this site are written to help homeowners understand roof problems. They are general information, not professional, legal or insurance advice, and they cannot replace an on-site inspection by a qualified roofer. By calling our number you agree that your call may be recorded and that your phone number and call details may be shared with the contractor you are connected to and with our call-routing partners, as described in our Privacy Policy.
How we are paid
Roof Repair Prime is paid by call-routing partners when a call is connected to a contractor. You do not pay us anything.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Roof Repair Prime is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of this site, our phone line or any work performed by a contractor you are connected with. The site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

Governing law
